TRADER RULES:
- Trader camping / chasing players out of the safe zone is not allowed.
- Blocking the vehicle spawn point is forbidden.
- Vehicles parked at the trader max 1 hour for loading and unloading.
- Any theft in the SafeZone is prohibited.
- No trolling (e.g. opening / closing car doors, stealing car parts, blocking people in buildings,

BASE BUILDING RULES:
- Wells must remain accessible to other players.
- Minimum distance from Base to Base 200m
